powerNest
powerNest is available in two flavours. The lite version is capable of analysing data obtained from a single 96-well qPCR plate and will provide optimised experiment designs and associated error estimates based on these data. The pro version is designed for larger analyses and builds on the lite version with many more sophisticated features.
Both versions of powerNest are built on Java and so should function perfectly happily on any machine running the Java Virtual Machine. For more information on the JVM and to install it please refer to the official Java website.
